They made a error in 2 of the tires installation. They corrected it the next day. I have to warn others being that I have changed out tires dozens of times and I've never seen this error ever in all of my years. Installation of the tires backwards should never happen and being that it was two out of the four tires it is very scary. Installation of a backwards tire means that it's pulling in the water instead of dispersing it which greatens the chance of hydroplaning significantly not to mention it eats up the tire a lot faster. They are very nice and definitely corrected the problem and went above and beyond. But being that this error could have cost me my life if I didn't notice and could have potentially hurt or killed my family. I can't ethically get rid of this review entirely even though that I would like to it's such a big error and potentially deadly that I can't in good conscious just delete it entirely. I raised the rating but this kind of mistake should never happen because not only is it endangering my life it could also affect others. I appreciate you correcting it but installing two out of the four tires backwards is very scary. Again they went above and beyond to fix it but being that it happened 2 times outta 4 just with me I don't think this just happened to me. They HAVE to pay attention because tires need to be installed correctly all the time being that if they are not it can have very serious consequences besides just wasting the tires life faster than normal.

Quick and fast. Got a bad tear in the rear tire on the highway on my way to work, looked up the nearest tire shop. They were quick and well priced. Not a good experience to have in the morning before work, but the interaction with them was good. Recommended 👍🏼

I had a very bad experience here. After committing to a $400 tire change, the mechanic overinflated the new tires and was SUPER rude and dismissive when I returned to ask to have the pressures balanced later that day. Worse yet: Initially the receptionist (the shop owner’s son) took my payment with Venmo, (I later found out) using his personal number. Two days later I get a call from the shop owner, who right off the bat starts yelling, threatening to come to MY HOUSE to collect payment because they couldn’t find it in their records (even after I send him screenshots of the receipt and bank statement). Turns out, the kid put the payment in his personal account, and the issue was entirely on their end. Resolution came only after at least 30 minutes of the owner making wild threats to come to my home. Their conduct was unacceptable and I won’t be going back here. I have had a much better experience at CHARLIE’S PIT STOP TIRES on 238th street. Treat the community you set up your business in with more respect if you want to retain our business, or set up shop elsewhere.

My experience with Worldwide Tire Depot is exactly why I would never give my business to a mom-and-pop shop. We went just this Saturday (2/19) to get two tires for my C Class 300. The workers exchanged the tires at a rapid pace. Did not ask us if we wanted new or used tires. Did not have run-flats, so because both cars were needed for the next day we agreed to get regular tires. Immediately after leaving the shop, I’m driving my car to run errands and the tire pressure is dropping at a rapid pace, faster than my run-flats with the slow leak. I had my husband drive it the same night (Saturday) to make sure that there wasn’t a problem. From the time he left the shop and the errands were complete, the tire pressure went from 40 to 21 with him also adding air to the tire while out. Note: THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY, GOOGLE HAS IT WRONG. We went and had another shop on Sunday check the tire out; the tire that WW Tire Depot gave us had a hole and we had to buy another tire from another shop. We took their defective tire back to them on Monday to find out they do not give refunds and we had to get a store credit. I have no plans on EVER going there again, so now our money is locked into this sham-of-a-business. I will continue to do business with big chain stores and the dealership. If we were keeping the car, I would have definitely went there, but we’re not. Moral of the story: Not open on Sundays, no cash refunds, and they give used tires with holes (and stipulations), after not making it clear that you are getting a used tire. Update on the above: After my review, Giselle reached out and apologized for the experience with WW Tire Depot. We had a professional and relatable conversation which I appreciated. To try and make things right says a lot about her character and professionalism as an owner. Because she took the time to reach out, they will get my future business. Thank you, Giselle!!
