Arrogant company, we created an account, gave 'em credit card info for part purchases and all we needed, they got us all set up and when we needed a part they won't sell it to us because the account needs to be updated?? what?? are you kidding me??you call their 800 number and there's no one to help you, almost like trying to push you away and they did, first and last attempt to ever do business with them, luckily there's a bunch of other vendors that are willing to take our money!

If I could leave a 0 or negative star I would this company has the worst customer service they lie to you on the phone they never deliver anything on time and good forbid you have to return anything there drivers flat out revise to take returns even when you call them in and even when you have to wait and order a part to have the return done the still refuse to pick up the return as a manager of a shop who knows how customer service works they have absolutely none do not do business with this company they treat there customer rude no respect at all

When i called to discuss business with this company today what sounded like a young child picked up the phone and would not transfer me as i asked to have done. He then was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I am shocked that a place of business would handle a customer this way. Dont do business here! This is just plain rude!
