The owner Dimitri took advantage of me. I drive a Tesla and got a flat tire driving my 3yo to a daycare. I called AAA and the AAA driver convinced me to go to Dimitry saying that their prices are lower than anywhere else and they offer great service. He even called "Demitri" and asked if he had my size tire in stock. When I came to Dmitri, he said that he could give me a new tire or a very good used tire from BMW that is my size, runs flat, so the next time I have a problem, I don't have to call AAA, I can just drive to the closest repair center. He also offered me a good discount for the used tire. I agreed. Three months later, I went to a tire alignment at a different service. They told me that they couldn't do an alignment because I had a wrong size tire. They showed me and, yes, it was the exact tire that Dimitri sold me. I also learned that the wrong-size tire is bad not only for the alignment but also for the car's main axe. It might ruin it. I am attaching photos of the correct tire (245/45) and the charge from Woodland Hills Auto Center of $181.40 for the wrong tire!

10/10 would recommend! The owner Dimitry was very nice and I could tell off the bat this is where I would feel the most comfortable getting my car fixed. I can tell he is true and honest about his word! He had fixed my back bumper and made it look brand new! All the other shops I went to said they would have to replace the bumper. They did amazing work and got it to me even sooner than the deadline I needed my car back! 10/10 would recommend! Great pricing, amazing work and customer service!Thanks Dimitry for being the best!

Dimitry was able to replace my engine in a 2016 JCW mini (due to flood) with one that had 60k less miles. Took less than 10 days. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Just recently involved in an accident and chose to take it back here. Great group of mechanics and very understanding,,. Seem willing to work for your loyalty. Thanks guys

Great service at this shop. They have very friendly staff and I definitely recommend them. They did a great job on replacing my brake system. I'm very happy with the service. They genuinely care about their customers and treat them respectfully. Prices are fair and their work is done professionally. Shop is really clean and I'm very satisfied I came to this location. It's difficult to find a shop like this these days. Come to Woodland Hills Auto Center, definitely worth it in my book for all your auto service and repair needs.
