Brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Got a text more services recommended. Seemed odd the service advisor did not seek me out. I went to the service advisor to approve additional services. The car was already in the pick-up lane and had to be taken back to the service area. At check out I noticed the tire rotation was not done. The service advisor said there was no lock nut socket. I said its in the glove box, he said no, the tech checked that and the center console. I went to the car with the service advisor and pulled out the socket from the glove box. The car was again returned to the service area. After service completed returned home. Reviewed my copy of the service order. The credit card receipt does not match the service order total amount (lower than what was charged to the credit card). The service order does not show a tire rotation charge. Need to return to the dealer to get a revised service order copy. Got a sense the service dept doesn't give a crap. We are dollar signs coming and going through the doors.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, but that’s not an option. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told the oil change would take 30-45 minutes and cost around $80. However, when I arrived for my appointment, it ended up taking three hours, making me late for work, and I was charged $120 instead. Since then, my car has not been the same. Over the past few days, it’s been having trouble starting, which has never happened before. I was stranded in the middle of the road and had to wait for roadside assistance, only to be told that my battery cables were completely loose. Additionally, my car’s Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, causing me to miss a day of work. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and, to be honest, I was considering buying a new car from you, but not anymore.

Had an appointment with them +3 weeks in the making to fix a recall on my sister's car. After dropping it off, only then did they decide to inform her they do not have the parts to fix the recall, but they did a service check (without permission) and said the vehicle has over $800 worth of maintenance needed. Why was a simple phone call not done to inform her of the recall mishap? If they did not have the parts, then why did they let her keep the appointment? This was a waste of time, gas, and a full day of work, only for them to try to turn around and try to get +$800 out of her while the goal was to get a repair on a recall issued by Hyundai itself. If they had done the correct thing and called to inform us of the issue and not try to charge her $800, it would not have been such a big deal. But it seems that is too much to ask for. We do not recommend coming here.

Mason Buckner helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. We agreed on a time I was able to make it down to Omaha and he was there waiting for me when I got there ready with keys for a test drive.
