Spoke with Katherine , scheduled an appointment to see a Nissan Kicks at a starting price of $20,600 . I triple confirmed with her in regards to price before driving up to the dealership from Indiana to test drive the car. She additionally mentioned that any additional discounts we can discuss it in person. It’s so unfortunate for such a dishonest dealer. When I sat down to negotiate the sales price they did not honor what they promote . Without any sales taxes the selling price was $24,900. When I questioned the sales person and Manager why did Katherine gave that price and I would like to speak with her they said she is a Receptionist. This is true experience everyone lies in this dealer .

Today, I had an issue with my key fobs for my car, and I had gone in to have the batteries in each properly replaced. I had tried testing both of them after the battery replacement, but one was not working properly. It turns out, as something that I did not know, that a key fob loses its programming from disuse over time. I had gone in a second time, and after testing them, it turns out the one not used needed reprogramming. Both were taken care of today, and I appreciate the efforts of Robert in the Parts Center and Hector in the Service Department for their help in resolving this issue. Much appreciated!

My family and I have all purchased our cars from here and there’s reasons why we keep coming back! Today Victor Munoz assisted me and he was great! I like how this location provides a multi point vehicle inspection. I saw the notes and was a bit unclear on what some of the needed work was. I asked Victor for clarification multiple times & he didn’t get frustrated with my many questions (thank you again for your patience). He gave me all the information I needed and explained the purpose of why each service is important. I appreciated how he wasn’t pushy, which makes me feel comfortable as a customer. Honestly, I definitely will be coming back soon to get the remaining maintenance work done. To top it all off, Victor made sure that my car got a wash! That was a really nice touch & I appreciate that! It’s the little things that count. Thanks Victor for looking out for me & making sure my car is taken care of!

Absolutely would buy another car here. The young buck Vlad helped me and he was beyond respectful and enjoyable to work along side of. I waited a month or 2 to post to make sure we didn't have any issues and the one problem that we did experienced it was resolved with no issues. Thank you again Vlad and Mike [the GM] you guys were the best to work along side of.
