You know ,never again, friendly workers, extreme poor performance ethics for ordering the right parts on specific vehicle, extreme poor performance on removing old parts while removing .they damaged the sensors and etc, overall with tires, brake pads, alignment or inspections they are great, but poor time management, and also poor on getting things fixed and ready on time ,most and what’s really bad, you can never take there word on anything, I have a five year old 2020 corolla brought it brand new never had a problem with my sensors until now 3/21/25,I’m going on 4 days and they finally found somebody to fix the sensors ,of my car I brought it in for tires, brakes and alignment took them all day one day to tell me a problem, of my right bearing was bad , told them to fix , an I took my part home ,after 8 hours I was told while paying my bill , they wrote on a separate paper that my collision sensor was damaged and they was going to fix for free. second day they ordered the wrong part, day three I have two more days before my part comes in for them to repair, outrages I’ll never after spending close to $854.00 I’ll never bring no vehicle of mines here unless it’s a tire change

This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an auto shop. Poor or lack of communication, incompetent service writer, allegedly no staff to work, the list of grievances goes on… I’ve waited FIVE WEEKS to get my 30+ year old truck back even though I gave them 50% of the parts they needed to do the work. Nobody even looked at my truck for at least the first week, then it took over 10 phone calls back and forth and a couple more weeks to finally get some movement in the job. When my wife brings her car, she gets exceptional service. Not me, I get the run around for over a month. Being a mechanic, I even dropped off my resume since “nobody wants to work” and they’ve had my vehicle so long that I am out of work. At this point I can’t even be confident the work has been done properly, even though I’ve explained what I need countless times. As of the last phone call, they still want to charge me $1800+ which is ridiculous since this has already cost me far more than that.

Terrible service. Brought my van there and was told they would look at it the same day and called every day asking if they looked and they kept saying they were too busy and I didn't get my van looked at for a week. It didn't get fixed for a week and a half. Would've taken it somewhere else but it wouldn't have been able to make it.
