We have gone to this Sunoco for the past 13 years, 4 different vehicles, and have nothing but the highest praise for their service, communications, and value (fair price for the work performed). You may see some negative reviews out there, and the situation was this - there was a roughly two-three month period earlier this year where there was illness in several members of the staff. This caused delays and other issues. I was informed of the delays, and things went back to normal. The last time I dropped off a vehicle for a minor repair, it was done that day, and I picked it up the following evening. I highly recommend this service center. They have NEVER overcharged, added anything additional, or were impolite. I wish all of my interactions went as smoothly as the ones at this Sunoco.

Based on a friend’s recommendation, I’ve had my car serviced several times at Willis Service Station and have been satisfied each time. They know their business, and are straightforward with their customers. They have also been willing to expedite service when needed, for which I’m appreciative. Thumbs up!
