Wilkes Automotive Brake and Light Inspection Cars and Trucks

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience at Wilkies Automotive was nothing short of a nightmare. I took my car for a brake and light inspection, they told me to replace the perfectly working tail light and when I refused their service, the old man got mad and started yelling and cursing at me. They still wanted to charge for the service they didn’t provide. The owner was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to address the issues with my car, the owner started cursing and yelling at me instead of offering any solutions. He even yells at his employees. It's clear they have no respect for their customers, and their work reflects that. At first they tell you a flat fees for brake light inspection but at the end they charge you way more. The guy is a total ripoff. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other mechanics and brake light inspection places out there who actually value their customers and do quality work.

Awesome folks here, got in same day for my Brake & Light inspection, price was very fair, and lots of interesting race car paraphernalia and RC airplanes to check out while you wait!

It is so great to find a company ( any company ) that knows what customer service is. These are the nicest and most customer service orientated people I have come across in a LONG time. I wish I had reason to go to them for other things. They were very honest with me and my situation. Can not recommend them enough!!!!

10 stars I can't say enough good things about my visit today. John is so nice and very funny I learned a couple things about my car I didn't even know 🙃 I went for a lamp and brake inspection for a salvaged title. Ron is very nice and helpful. Lisa the best I received a beautiful hug as I was crying from my Accident PTSD!! I was very touched by such warmth and kindness sometimes it pays to go the distance to get the best job. And treated with such awesomeness 👌 👏 👍 clean shop so cool with the Nascar whoop whoop 👍
