When I came back later, started showing attitude and said we're very busy here and can't work on it. Made me drive there multiple times with a flat tire. Instead, go to Lake St Automotive. Just 2 minutes away from here and they provide much better service

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. The apparent owner "Jimmy" and main mechanic, is an awful person. Maybe a good mechanic, I don't know. But when I came back after getting my car serviced a few times here, to find out if a missing bolt might have been something he's responsible for, calmly mind you. He became extremely defensive and started getting loud and yelling. Couldn't work his own system and blamed me for not putting me in his own system of clients, to which he admitted to himself. Then added multiple lies on top of that wonderful customer service. Please save your self time, money and energy and go somewhere else.

I couldn’t have a conversation or ask a question with him and apparently he’s the owner “Jimmy” the “main mechanic.” Maybe he might be a good mechanic, but an absolutely terrible person. If you want a good customer experience, I suggest you pick a different place.

Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!
