WARNING: ⚠️ Bus Lane camera is aimed in front of the shop. There are 3 things you look for in a mechanic shop: (1)Honesty (2)Work done on time (3) Your property is not damaged while being at the shop. I got none of the above with the service here. Wes was not honest working on a project car. The time they took for an engine swap was months. Finally, when I got back the vehicle, "engine codes like crazy plus a rim not even a month old was damaged with curb rash" badly. For someone who says proudly he's not like other shops, that is false. Small jobs might be worth the risk, but big jobs look elsewhere. If you didn't plan on using the donor car engine, you should have given me back the vehicle. Not sell it.

They don't actually fix cars. They might just do simple stuff like oil change, change of tires etc.. But nothing complex. This business may be a front. Not recommend at all. Also they are not very polite at all and not very friendly. Not welcoming at all either. Worse experience with a shop in nyc so far.

Fast service and attentive to details. I will definitely revisit any time my vehicle needs repair.

Car almost two weeks in the shop without repairing. Everytime I ask for updates they just give excuses. Never answer the phone.
