I had my oil changed at this Walmart for the first time. When I went in before, they told me I had to make an appointment, because they do not take walk-ins. I made an appointment and went in 20 minutes early. They did not have anyone in front of me but refused to take my car earlier. They said their policy is that they do not take appointments any earlier than 5 minutes early. Okay. So I go back in time. They still did not have anyone ahead of me and I thought they would have started my car at that point. Nope 40 minutes later, I got a text saying they just started my car. If that wasn't frustrating enough, when I got the text to pick up my car, they told me I had a huge leak in my car. I didn't have one before, and let them know. The guy was ride and said "you probably don't know what you are looking for, but it's very big". I know I'm a woman, but I have six brother and I'm not stupid. I went out to get my car and couldn't find it so I went back in and they said "it's got to be out there, just look there is not that many cars in the parking lot, you should be able to see your car". I'm not stupid, I know ehat my car looks like and yes, there were not a lot of cars in the parking lot. I walked around the building and finally found it over by the order pick up area/the flower department. I'm furious! I will NEVER take it there again. Even just to save $20. Grrrr!

It should not take 1 and 30 mins to do 1 tire holy hell I have seen underground tire shops do it fast with better results
