Asked for battery cleaning , they charged me nothing and sent me on my way , I assumed they was being nice, on my way home I heard a rumbling sound my battery cover wasn’t out back in place where it should have been and the battery cable was cracked now causing me to have to replace that also. I have pictures of it on the same day before I even went to Walmart to prove it wasn’t broken before the service.

Automotive employee, Gabe, head and shoulders above most. Quality care for changing tires and oil. The best Walmart employee I have ever encountered. Promote him and let him teach others to a higher standard.

Bad customer service from the team lead got our battery tested today and it took almost 30 minutes to even get to us. When she get to us she told my husband whats up?not how can i help you today? When she took our battery shes like want it in the charger. We said yes. Never took our name down or number til my husband said can you take name and number down. Also didn't tell us how long it was going to take. My husband was a shop boss for portage Walmart so he knew how long it takes. So when we came back shes said oh it wont take a charge. Never called us or gave of a service slip saying bad battery. Just hand us the battery never offered if we needed a new one etc. So we honestly don't think she even charge it. So we went to O'Reilly's they gave us a slip our name and number and how long it took. Hour and half. What you know the battery came back good and our truck is started. So im upset she wasted time and would had wasted our money if we didn't go with our guts and went someplace else. I get its a free service but wow

Friendly and fast and honest I had enough time to run into the people I loved working with! get something to eat by the time I went out for a smoke it was already done and I'm on a tight budget no complaints just good service from good people
