Booked an oil change 2 days in advance. Arrived at Walmart 15 minutes before scheduled time and checked in. Was told work would be completed within 40 minutes. Returned 60 minutes later and then after another 15 minutes, was told they would begin work (oil change) next. We didn't have any time left so told them not to start the work and we left. No point making an appointment if they can't do the work on time or, at the very least, be honest about the fact that they were running behind and provide a realistic timeline when first checking in. Will now pay more for an oil change at Jiffy Lube because I know I won't have to waste my day because of them.

Pure torture I am a + member bought the tires online and when I went there they said they didn’t have the torque spec (1972 car) and I would have to bring in the tires off the car. Took two tires in and was charged $62 dollars and was told I could not have my + perks (warranty) because they did install them WTF. Three trips back and forth and only 2 tires done Got smart brought the car to Desert Tires off Vista Chino and they knew how to tighten a rim with no aggravation and a similar price. As for Walmart shame on them one unhappy customer for not being able to work on Any car.

Chaos, incompetence, no customer service , 4hrs to replace my car battery not even busy.Jose, takes my info , I pick out battery with Jose, I wait in my car no one comes, I take a walk for 1.5 hrs no one still has put the battery in , I go back to sitting in my car after receiving alert that they started working on my car , still no one has put the battery in my car .hour 3 one mechanic sees I have been helped yet and get the ball rolling .They put the battery in finally half hour after that I’m trying to pay .Now we spend 45 minutes waiting for a cashier in the auto department. By this point I’m seething …I will never use them again .Bottom of the barrel when it comes to the employees and staff in this auto department

Don't take your car here they will cancel services without notifying you and you will wait two hrs to pick up the receipt and still NOT be told BY ANYONE they cancelled the service. I have been going here for the better part of 5 years and will NEVER get my oil changed here again. On average you WILL wait 2 hrs minimum, not max or on average, min two complete hrs. Again NO ONE communicated to me that my oil change was cancelled. I think the least they could do is respect your time and call to communicate the issue. A simple hey we can't do this service would still like to proceed with the other services? That would have shown care and respect to me the customer.
