Shaun was the tech who worked on my headlights. 1 hour later and my headlights look brand new. The customer service at this department was impeccable. I can not say a bad thing about this experience. I highly recommend headlight restoration services at this location. I can only assume their other services are great, too. Make sure to book an appointment on the walmart app. If you go to the store to make an appointment, they will have you scan a qr code and make an appointment on the app anyway.

I'm still here today. I need tires for my car. It's necessary to arrange an appointment to get any service at Walmart Auto Care Center in Torrance. Let's see the service I can get from them. Well! Service isn't so bad at all. Tires have different brands and prices.. When you are going to check in to receive the service, the guy is nice, attentive , but when you try to pay 🙄 anybody isn't there for you, even if you're going to set up an appointment for your car . Also, they do not have good attention and attitude 🙄. Wow! It's disappointing 😞!...

Lazy dont want to work technicians. saying its a 3 hour wait and no one car in the shop I showed up 7am for the same reason. Dude looked hungover dont wanna work even when I was gonna purchase 4 brand new tires worth 1000$ .. well walmart you just lost business due to the laziness of your employee I will be taking my business elsewhere trash shop Go elsewhere

DO NOT BUY BATTERIES HERE. I bought one 10 months ago with a 4 year warranty. It’s already completely dead. They tested it and agreed it was under warranty but would not remove it or install a new one because it’s “too difficult” and corporate won’t let them. They also wouldn’t let me use basic tools to do it myself. I jumped it and took it to Goodyear around the corner which removed and replaced it in 10 minutes. Somehow it wasn’t too difficult for them. This is a major hassle and not worth the little bit of $$ saved at Walmart.

Bad review, when you call they dont answer the phone for an appointment. When you do walk in they ask if you did an appointment and wont take you in unless u made an appointment or make excuses. But the lot was empty and the mechanics were free and still did not the car in. Its like they dont want you to take it there.. lazy workers are there just talking and not working. Do not bring your car in that way they can change the workers alot of lazy just walking around talking like they not at work. And check on whoever on the phone for the appointments. They never answer
