Great employees with a good attitude and very helpful. I've come in before on a few occasions with an emergency fix and they did more than accommodate. Great work and prices. Been going here over 15 yrs and still love it. Manager is great. Thanks for all your help !!!!! Give these guys a break!!! They work very hard in extreme weather conditions.

Came here a little while back and had them put new tires on. Lady on the phone said it would take 1.5 hours at most. Since that was the case (or so i thought), I had someone drop me off and I figured I would just wait for them to be done since it “wasn’t going to take that long.” Long story short, my appointment was at 10am, and I didn’t get my car back until 1:40pm. I sat there for almost 4 hours, and apparently the lady at the desk told me that the guy who was working on it had 3 of the 4 tires done at 12pm, but then took and hour long lunch brake and didn’t finish until he came back. What kind of place does that?? The guy could’ve easily finished in just a few more minutes and taken his lunch brake a little later. Or, he could’ve at least had someone else finish it once he left. Nope. I literally stood there and just watched my car sit there for an hour with 3 of the 4 tires on with no one working on it. It would be one thing if I had dropped it off and came back when it was done (still unacceptable for them to take over twice the amount of estimated work time), but the fact that the guy knew I was waiting and still did that is beyond me. Guess that’s what you get for having your tires done at walmart.

Appointments apparently mean nothing in this shop. I showed up early on Saturday, November 2 for my scheduled tire installation at 4 pm. Initially, the mechanic couldn't find my tires that I had ordered for this installation the week before. After a bit, he found them. They were sitting somewhere with no sticker or tag identifying them as my tires. When I asked how long the install would take, I was told an hour. Seemed excessive for two tires. But, okay. I went to go eat and then browsed around Walmart. Strike 1 - At 5 pm, I get a text message that they just started servicing my car. When I asked the mechanic how much longer it would take, he said 15 minutes. Strike 2 - I noticed that all the cars were gone but mine when I came back. This includes cars that were behind my car when I checked in. The bay ahead of me only had one car in it when I parked. I should have been next. Strike 3 - about 20 minutes later, I went to the counter when someone who is identified as the assistant service manager on the wall by the counter was there. He asked if I was waiting for the red car. I said yes. He says it will be a little longer. I reminded him that I got there at 4 pm for my appointment and now it was almost 5:30 pm. He says, "there are only two mechanics here and we have to talk to people." I call BS on that. There were at least three mechanics when I got there. Strike 4 - They clearly took walk-ins in front of my car when I had an appointment. I watched other people who came in after me get their cars and leave. And I had just listened to the assistant manager tell the guy at the counter not to take any more walk ins because they wanted to close at 6:30 and they already had two appointments set for 5:30 pm. Strike 5 - When my car was finally ready, I couldn't get back to the area to pick up my car without having the door lock released by the guy at the counter. I went up to him, he handed me a receipt and says I'm all done. I didn't hear the lock release so I asked if he could let me in. He says "GO" and does a "shoo" motion at me. He didn't yell "GO" but he definitely raised his voice and gestured wildly at me. Why was he so rude to me? I didn't raise my voice, get in anyone's face, or make a scene even though I was quite annoyed with the whole encounter. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Tried to get tires there. 4 appointments cancelled. And waited 2 hours and they haven’t started on my car. Cancelled the entire thing. Spend more money elsewhere I promise they got the worst service

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Went in yesterday asked person at the auto care counter if I needed an appointment for a tire patch was told “no, just pull on around and they’ll be able to do it” so I went outside pulled my car around only to be told by one of the mechanic I have to make an appointment, no big deal guess there’s a miss Communication so I pull my car back out go and park in the front of the store walk back in to the auto care center, and I make and appointment for today at 9am. Fast forward to today I get there early about 8:50 pull up and told them I was there for a 9 am appointment only to be told that I’m in the system but NO APPOINTMENT was made! They really didn’t even care when it was THEIR FAULT THAT THEIR EMPLOYEE IS NOT TRAIN CORRECTLY AND MESSED UP ON PUTTING MY APPOINTMENT IN THE SYSTEM. they didn’t even offer to rectify the situation that was their fault and basically told me to kick rocks. Horrible customer service! Again if I could give ZERO stars I would.
