All of the bays were full, but my sister was in need of a tire quick. Jasmine, went out of her own way, and allowed us to take off the flat, while she mounted the new tire and everything for us. We didn’t expect to get in today, but we were in and out within an hour. Highly recommend everyone, especially Jasmine!!

Originally bought 4, 50,000 mile guaranteed tires in December. Went back in August with 11,000 mile front two tires were wearing down. Asked about their warranty. They would not prorate one tire but said they would the other. So we made any appointment for the following week and to start with they wouldn't prorate either tire until we found someone who was there when it was said they would, another manager in another department. They only prorated the tire $11. The prorate doesn't mean they will replace the tire. Just means you won't pay full price, Said makayla in the auto department. If we would have known how terrible their warranty was (at the discretion of their employees) or of we knew we were only fighting for $11 we wouldn't have gone there to get our tires. We will not be back. Terrible service and terrible warranty. I would not recommend going to get your tires from here or at very least don't plan on getting anything other then a patch as a fix.

I had a slow leak and they were able to fix it. They were super nice and helpful. 2/5/22 6pm to 7pm these two employees were Awesome! They got my family back on the road.

Scheduled an appointment to get 4 tires mounted and balanced 2 and a half hours later the car is done. But then they spent another 30 minutes searching for my key that they LOST! Oh and we had to wait even longer because when we finally got the keys and and started the car the tire sensors were not working. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

My Mom got her oil changed and tires rotated .They didn't tell her she needed new tires . Car was making a funny sound, so we had it checked out, and the back rear was showing metal , which they should have seen . And she needed a ball joint on top of that . Otherwise, no problems getting in .
