I tried calling this one to schedule warranty work on a puncture and get a tire rotation and balance since there was no option to book online. Called a few times in the morning during their listed active hours and the phone just rang and rang until someone picked it up and put it on hold without even saying anything. It would appear the previous reviews about lazy employees are correct. Don't waste your time.

I've ordered that last 4 or 5 sets of tires for our cars from Walmart & had them installed at Walmart auto center but never again. This time they damaged one of the lug nuts as the were removing the wheels to replace with the tires we just bought on Walmart.com. Now that tire won't come off. They are the only ones that have worked on that tire since we've owned this car so they are the only ones that could have "rounded" that lug nut. They offered no solution & sent us on our way with the new tire in the back seat of the car. They only refunded us $12 of the $18 we paid per tire for installation & none of the state disposal fee etc. I called Walmart customer service & they apologized & stated this should not have been handled this way. They then offered me a measly $25 shopping credit, lol. We now need to have another shop drill this lug out then replace the lug & lug nut which will likely cost more than we paid for the tires themselves.

The Worst! •They were unequipped and unknowledgeable as to how to install my tires, purchased from Walmart. •The employee informed me that they would hold the tires while I figure a way to Haul them to a competent auto shop. *Made an appointment with Belle Tires (down the street) a week out and as an extra precaution went back in person to the Walmart Auto Shop to confirm that I would be able to pick up the tires the following week, before my appointment at Belle Tire. • Came back to Walmart a week later, an hour before my Belle appointment, and the same employee (who confirmed to me that he'd make sure the tires were held) now tells me that the tires were sent back! Now, with a tire installation scheduled at Belle Tire in 40 minutes and no tires to install, this situation that Walmart Auto Shop has orchestrated through their incompetancy is a debacle. + the employees never mentioned a refund until I brought it up to them. Solution: Drive 7 minutes down the street to Belle Tire. They sell tires and even advertise a price match on tires. Their auto shop is extremely spacious, clean, and professional, and every employee I talked to takes notice of your car as you drive in. They had tires in stock and I was able to keep my installation appointment. Walmart Auto Center ... don't waste your time.

Went in for new tires constantly losing air. They didn’t even look at the tires and said there was nothing wrong with it and sent us an email saying that WE CANCELED the appt. They refused to document the fact that they did check the car and didn’t find anything wrong with it b/c this would make them liable if something happened. They filled the air to 36-38 and gave the car back when the car standard was 32. We have taken photos and documented everything. Furthermore, the shop was completely empty - they were not doing anything. So not only are they lazy, but also putting us in danger. We will be reporting to the BBB and other legal entities. I see many complaints here - I recommend all should do the same. I am not expecting them to care to do anything about it, but rather to show a consistent pattern of neglect and flat out lying.

I tried to get my oil changed here 3 times and it never happened. The first time, I was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. The second time, I arrived at 10:30am and was told they were not taking any customers until after their lunch break, around 1:45-2. I returned just after 2 and was told they were not taking any more customers for the day. It wouldn't have been half as frustrating if they didn't have a sign outside every time I went that said "no waiting - get your oil changed now". False advertising at it's finest.
