Service was fast. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time for my appointment was almost nothing, took me right in. Technician took the time to make sure they installed the tires right, lining the dots on the sidewall with the valve stems. Excellent work. Highly professional.

If negative stars could have been awarded that would have been my rating. There’s no sense of urgency at this auto center. I came to pick up tires that were ordered online and arrived at the store before 9AM. Besides no one being at the desk to check you in, I then waited for someone to come who then said I’d have to wait a bit to get them. I said no problem. Fast forward to 9:30AM, someone new comes to the counter and I inform them what I’m waiting for. They said give them a moment. I said no problem. Another 20 mins go by, for them to then say my tires are on a trailer and only the manager has the key. What nonsense is that?! To make matters worse the manager would not arrive until 1PM. So I’m expected to wait from before 9AM to 1PM? I do not recommend this site. I could never recommend this place to anyone. They drag their feet and are not respectful of people’s time. For such a large establishment to only have one person with one key have access to a storage trailer is beyond stupid. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I instantly canceled my order and will spend my money somewhere else that’s deserving.

Very very bad customer service . The superior want to.fight with the customer ,the name of the superior is jerl , he want to fight with me in the waiting room , check.the camera and see on 05/11/2024 . I have 2 car to change the tyres and both the car they can't do it , because they can't open the leg nut, they broke 1 of my legnut , and the. When we told the..to fix the supervisor is coming to me and remove his walmart uniform.and telling me to come.out side and fight , I was threatened to stay there, and I had to leave therewith out any service done and no.tyres picked up . But still in my walmart app its shows that the tyres has been picked up . So please check the cameras and solve the case , I have already called 3 time to customer care and hold for 45 mins each time and the call gets hanged up . This is how walmart get the service ... So sad to day the I won't be come.any more to walmart again ... the name of the supervisor is Jerl .

I recently purchased two Good Year tires online and scheduled an installation appointment for October 12, 2024. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that the tires were out of stock and had been sold to someone else, despite my prior payment and a 30-mile drive to the location. The staff offered me two tires from a different brand instead, leaving me with mismatched sets. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this location based on how my situation was handled. Thank you for considering my feedback.

made an appointment online for tires replacement got there on time and first they told me they only change tires bought from walmart. but that was not true as i showed them their website , they agreed to replace my tires after waiting 40 minutes guy removed my tires and then told me he wouldn’t change the tires because they are not brand new and according to their policy they replace only new tires and i asked them to show me their policy but they refused it and i just let it go because i couldn’t do any thing. he put the tires back and returned my car and when i was about to leave i checked my lug nuts and both of my rear tires not lug was not tightened at all he just put them on with hands and returned my car. luckily i checked them otherwise i don’t know what would have happened and i have proof of loose lug nuts. There should be some supervisor or person who is sane or really care about business and people’s life.

Avoid. Just awful. My second experience at WalMart. A stark contrast. I had tires fitted. The staff have zero interest in customers and talk in single words. On arrive I said hello. I got “Keys.” Mentioned my name. No response. No information if I was ‘checked in’ or when pick up was. I watched a junior member with an iPad walk around the small warehouse for 15 mins trying to find the pre-ordered tires. 15 mins out from the scheduled pick up I got an email detailing the fitment was canceled . No idea why. At the counter I spoke with the ‘Coach’ O’Neal (if that is his correct tag). I assume a supervisor. Barely able to understand what he says through the mumbling, dismissive when asked why the order was canceled, but tires fitted. Something routine, turned into an unpleasant experience. They also manipulated the check in. 0830hrs entry but they logged as 0851hrs so the metrics look better. Also found my vehicle in the car park unlocked, no park brake applied. Just another example of their lack of care approach. Consider better alternatives.

Went on Friday 6pm. Was No line. Installed 4tires in about 50min. Super nice people and fast. I don’t understand the bad reviews here. 4 tires new was pretty cheap ($560 with install/tax/fees) and runs pretty well. No complaints at all. Other things in the auto section are very well priced. Definitely 5/5. Maybe it depends on who’s working at what time.

The worst thing that I could have ever done to myself, on the fateful day I went to get my tires changed here. I went for a 10am appointment and was stuck there until 7pm. I thought I would be out by 12pm the latest. The appointment was setup weeks in advance. The appointment only served to get me a spot for the day but not to guarantee me a tire change in a reasonable amount of time. Despite showing up on time and my tires already being there for days ahead of the appointment. It was so disappointing to have no idea I would end up stranded at Walmart all day waiting for my tires to be changed. It was a complete setup I walked into, it completely derailed my day. I couldn’t get my errands done, I had to call out of work. The whole situation felt insane. It would have been great if they told me that it would take all day so that I could just uber home, instead they kept leading me on into thinking “it will be ready soon”. Not even when I made an appointment online was there any warning that these kind of situations can happen. 0 consideration, and nothing to compensate me for my losses. No gift card was offered. As a business it’s an absolute disgrace in principal to treat a customer this way. My advice to people: Plan for a tire change here as if you were going to drop off your car and leave it there all day if you really must have your tires changed here. And call in every few hours to get a status update.
