Walmart Auto Care Centers

The lady at the service desk was very nice and helpful and this location actually answered the phone, if they don't pick up they're assisting a customer. they wont ignore it like other locations. I walked in with no apt and got 4 tires put on in 1 hour. easy and fast.

Went in on 11/26/24 to have 2 front tires replaced.( I brought my own brand new tires to be replaced.)When I walked in the engine bays were empty and there wasn't anyone waiting. I go to the register to tell the lady what I needed. She stated " We are only doing work by appointment basis only." I said well there isn't anyone here. I'll make an appointment for now. She said unfortunately I can't get you in until Friday. I laughed and watched as the automotive technicians were stocking shelves. I called Garro tire in Ravenna ohio. They said "no problem bring it in". " There might be a wait due to being a first come first serve basis." I said no problem. They got me right in. I'm done letting big corporations do more not to help you than help you. I will from now on go to small locally owned businesses.

Had my oil change today they argued with me on how much oil it took they looked up the wrong vehicle was gonna leave it a quart low. The manager is an arrogant woman think she knows more than somebody that’s owned the car for four years. She needs fired and the people that’s doing the oil change. Need retrained to pay attention to what they’re doing absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

I had new tires put on my Jeep and overall, I had a very good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center at their Ranenna location. I made my appointment at 7:00 am (the beginning of their operating hours). They did not unlock their doors to let customers in until about 7:10. I actually called them at 7:05 and they told me they couldn't open up until a “higher up” came in. However, it was worth the wait. Once they opened things up, they were very friendly and got to work on my Jeep. Before I knew it, they had my tires replaced and I was on my way. The tires I bought were Goodyear Reliants and Walmart had them on sale for a very reasonable price. Before choosing Walmart I had done some online price comparisons, and having my tires replaced at Walmart saved me about $250.00. I am very pleased with the tires I bought and the service I was given. I will not hesitate to use the Ravenna Walmart Auto Care Center in the future.

The worst place I have been to for car maintenance. I accidentally came here instead of the Kent location ( I’m newer to the area) and the lady was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid but told me she could get me in. I signed off on my stuff and went on my way to shop while I was waiting. The only good thing was the fast service. I came back and payed, When I got in my car to look over my paperwork I saw that they got the year and color of my car wrong as well as lied on the report and left my one tire with low air even though they said they checked and filled them to 35. Goes to show that training does not bridge an education gap!
