I called the day before to ask about getting DOT Inspections for my truck and trailer. They said no appointment needed. When I arrived they informed me they didn't have an inspector on duty. I drove 90 minutes for a total waste of time. They didn't care and didn't offer any resolution. Very disappointed. You better call the day of your needs. Don't recommend them. Go somewhere else.

Bought a Supreme/Spartan service van two years ago. I have less than 17k miles on the vehicle and now the body is sagging and coming apart from poor design/workmanship. Trying to get the warranty department to care has been a complete waste of time. One solution I proposed would cost less than $500, but they won't budge. It's sad that their reputation isn't worth that much to them. I will be repairing this at my own expense and never buying a truck again with a Wabash, Spartan, or Supreme body on it!

They were helpful. But they ONLY deal with Semi Trailers... Not cargo trailers or car haulers like you would pull behind your pickup truck. Nice people though

My boss has been purchasing Wabash duraplate trailers recently. The trailer I was given tracks bad to the right. Not as bad empty but loaded is a different story. A lot of fun going down 2 lane roads, especially in the winter with snow on the sides. Very easy to take a mirror off. Somebody from a Wabash repair shop came up and looked at the tires which are fine, and said nothing is wrong with it. Yes, tires are an indication that something is wrong. But in this case, it doesn't. I don't know why they don't want to check it and see what is wrong.
