3 weeks ago the check engine light came on and the eyesight system automatically disabled / engine oil thermometer stopped working. I work overnight shift and traveling 70 miles in interstate 80 back and forth every day. It was still "drivable", but not having cruise control and eyesight features gave me good amount of anxiety. Finally called and scheduled an appointment, drove there last Friday first thing in the morning. The gentleman checked me in and briefly explained that they were going to run some diagnostic tests and let me know what the problem is, and what they are going to do. I received text messages and they communicated with me as far as how the work is going. Turned out it was a thermo control valve issue and thankfully it was under the extended warranty so I didn't have to pay for the repair. I requested for an engine oil change with tire rotation as well. Everything was done professionally, the communication was superb with timely manner. If I could give 10 stars I would. I had such a wonderful experience with them and I am truly grateful for the work they've done. After working overnight shift I expected I would just doze off here and there for hours waiting for my car to be done but they were gracious enough to give me a loaners car so I could go home and sleep. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend anyone this place.

After 13k miles, my new car needed tires. Since it was a new car, I thought Subaru should pay for the tires, but since I had my 6k oil change done outside the company and didn't get the tires rotated at the time, they refused. I'm not happy, but I get it. The reason for the 1 star review isn't the decision, but how they treated me throughout the process. 1. When I called my sales rep, he told me that the santee thing happened to him, and I needed to call corporate. 2. Corporate assigned my case to a woman who was on vacation, and it took 9 days for a call back. 3. During the callback, my "advocate" told me the situation was my fault and they would do nothing for me. 4. When I asked for he supervisor, I was told I'd get a callback in 48 hours. 5. I called W & L back. The guy in charge of service told me to bring my car in and they would check out the car. I dropped it off on Monday. 6. The supervisor called me back 3 days later. She had decided before we spoke that Subaru would not help me, but I could get a free alignment. 7. When I called W & L back, the guy I spoke with in service got really angry with me when I asked questions about their policies, and said "look, we're not doing anything for you. How do you like that!?" 8. I picked up my car that afternoon(the following Monday) and will never deal with Subaru again. For 13 days, they shined me on and treated me like an annoyance. Don't buy the lies about their extraordinary customer service. It's bullsh!t. Once you buy the car, Subaru won't treat you better than any other company.

I was treated wonderful and with respect when I was looking for a used Subaru. The Salesman, Abraham Garcia, was so helpful and understanding of my needs and budget that I purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback. I appreciate the fact W&L Subaru employee such people with the personality that Abraham has to make the buyer feel awesome about being there.

The service here is top notch! I accidentally got the time for my service wrong and ended up arriving at 9am instead of 2pm. They were still able to do my service even though it was my mistake! The waiting area was comfortable with beverages and light snacks available.

First oil change and tire rotation as well as a recall on wheel lugs on my 2025 Forester Limited. Was extremely impressed with overall service as well as the quickness in taking care of the normal service and recall. Tony met us when we drove in and had us checked in within minutes. Waiting area was much larger and brighter than I have experienced at other dealerships. When our vehicle was finished Owen went over all the service that was performed including an alignment which he also didn't bill us for. I have owned 12 Subaru's over the years bought from multiple dealership's and this was the best service experience we have ever had. Thank you to W&l and all the people in the service department including the technicians who took such excellent care of us and our vehicle.
