My experience was amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to have your car fix this is the place to go. They took care of me from beginning to end made sure that I had a rental to get back and forth from while my car was at there shop. They were transparent and the work that they did to my car is amazing. I feel like I just left the dealership when I went to pick up my car. Thank you VMA. I really appreciate you guys.

Quick and Quality work, I had the pleasure to interact with the whole VMA team and they ensured to make my experience smooth and promised a quick turnaround. I brought in my 2024 Honda CRV to get all the trims and moldings paint matched and the work was done pristine. My car looks 10 times better thanks to them. I totally recommend VMA auto collision for all of your collision and paint customization jobs. While my car being at the shop, I got a full paint correction, and ceramic coating along with a front and rear dash camera installed! The stealth installation was my favorite part because I am very particular and didn’t want any wires showing for the dash camera, vito and the team got it done right. 5 ⭐️’s & will be back soon to get more work done in the near future

I give the most honest review and how my experience was with VMA. since i been on the road I haven’t been involved in a car accident up until last month. I decided to take my car to VMA to fix it. My car needed two doors and a quarter panel. They made the process super easy for me and got me into a rental immediately. After they fixed the damages my car was back better then ever. They even went above and beyond in fixing other things that needed attention. They gained a customer for life and will recommend this repair shop to anyone involved in an accident.

NOW let’s fast forward 2 months from getting my car back from the first accident! I left another review but I had to leave 2 because of how crazy this situation is, I’ve been in New Jersey since the first accident and not even 2 months later ANOTHER driver hit my car in the SAME SPOT as the last time. I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP, I’m going straight through a light and he’s turning left. No one is behind me..all he has to do is wait till I go through the light then make his turn, he misjudges & clips me in the same spot, I call up VMA again..in disbelief they come out & get the car from my address in NEW JERSEY (1 hour away) bright and early the next day and take the car to the shop. This guy has insurance but his insurance only has $5K worth of liability & the car had far more damage than that..so again no rental and a huge inconvenience, but they still took care of me! They got me in a rental, and agreed to fix the car with what they were given..even if it meant going in their own pocket, and that is beyond anything i’ve ever experienced in business..because realistically after all is considered they aren’t making any if much profit but they’re still going above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and the customer is satisfied! There are so many other things and gestures that were done that i haven’t even spoke on but..long story short I will recommend them highly until the day i die, if you have an issue call them! THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!

These people never let me down I’ve been dealing with them for years already they are very professional and treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied 👍 I wouldn’t even think about bringing my cars anywhere else… all I do is drop my car off and they take care of everything else they also got me into a rental in minutes. I suggest anyone who got into a car accident or needs body work to contact VMA auto collision the best in queens ✊🏼

My car was hit passenger rear door and quarter panel by a large truck fish tail. 2017 crv this shop did an excellent repair car looks brand new completely detailed and they facilitate a rental all went smooth. Thanks for courtesy and kindness.

I had an excellent experience with VMA Auto Collision. Their service was incredibly fast and efficient, and the quality of work was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks as good as new! By far the worst experience. They are dishonest and scammers. They didn’t repair the initial damages then damaged the side of our Slingshot and dented the frame. The city had to get involved and found them guilty. Pathetic that businesses like this are still in business. City should shut them down. They claim they own part of our business but never bought into our business 😂 Professional Scammers & the owner got arrested and is doing prison time because of scamming. Save yourself a headache and do not bring your car to this location. They’ll try to charge you storage fees even after never fixing your vehicle. These photos are when I recovered the vehicle after 2 years by the way.
