Came to this shop to fix my evaporator problems paid about 1k to fix the ac and it was still not fixed. While the process of removing the dashboard they caused damage to my well kept vehicle making the interior horrible for sure looked like they just put a screw driver to take it out very unprofessional

Please advise anybody not to go here. They have been reported to the better Bureau and other automotive associations they are being taken to court for overcharging things and fraudulently change receipts. For example, they charged me for a used engine that I have my original receipt a few weeks later I asked them-for a copy of my receipt completely different receipt they add that only the engine block was changed. That's almost a $2000 difference. Mind you I get my car back and almost every week, There was something wrong with it and there new problems. Still had the nerve charged me another $638 just for them to give me my car back for me to have it towed to another mechanic because it's still not running then they overcharge $60 for a battery they never put in. Very unprofessional unorganized doesn't know what's been charged and what hasn't They are scammers, but they're really bad at it. They end up telling on their self because they don't know remember, what they have lied about before and tries to cover it up with more lies. But when you call them out on their stuff, you get no replies, but when they need their money, they're quick to reply After having my car for almost 2 months, I got it back filthy Didn't even have my car for a consistent month without problems after almost $6000 plus the money I had to pay for rentals for two months I'm out almost $10,000 and with the car that's still not running. This place deserves no stars. No apologies nothing.

IF ONLY I COULD LEAVE AN -10 STARS. NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE . Especially if you are doing an insurance claim. They will fraudulently claim to replace parts that didn’t even need replaced, they will drive your vehicle, they will lie. They do just about anything to benefit from your claim And leave you with unresolved issues and more to deal with else where. They cashed out $9,000-+ on my insurance claim $5,000 in used parts most of which was fraudulent they don’t care about you or your vehicle just them benefiting from your insurance claim . They had my car for 2 months and still didn’t fix all the issues still missing parts that they claim got replaced , still added the wrong fluids in my vehicle after several request to replace it with what it came with Which was pink c13 coolant however they thought I wouldn’t notice pink from extended life (red) coolant . Like I said they don’t care . Please wait for photos of the claim I plan on posting to support this review along with photos of the not do great job they did along with the original damage to my car . If like to see what excuse they come up with . Mind you I had just the car one month so there was no pre-existing issues that I didn’t want to pay for out-of-pocket that’s a lie and a copout. I bought the car from Stars Auto and Mike over there is awesome and just wonderful. He does care about his customers and he really goes the distance to make you feel good about your purchase, and he definitely shows and expresses that he cares about his customers.

If you are looking for honesty and great service, this is the best place to go. My husband and I have been here since 1 year, for a couple of inconveniences that happened with car and the owner, professionally and nicely, has never never missed one call. Even at late Saturday night 10/10
