VIP tire

First time going to this tire shop. Got a great price on all 4 tires. They were able to beat or match all the online discount tire stores and I didn't have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. They also installed the shocks all the way around. It was a little more complicated than they had expected ( Mercedes ) but they stayed late and got it done and did not change the price they quoted me.

Purchased tires, a Cooper brand. Was told about a factory rebate coupon. Absentee owner operator available only by phone promised several times he would send paid Receipt copy and coupon. After several calls he say he will send after his back in the office it's been 4 weeks he says he is been too busy. Very bad after sale customer service and follow up. I will not recommend them.

Very unprofessional, set the appointment over the phone, rep told me it’ll be 1 1/2 hours to do, I get there at the time scheduled, and they “ couldn’t do it” and was asked to leave vehicle. Told them I had no time for any other day, insisted to leave my vehicle. Took my truck else where after I left, and got it done the same day. As well as adding some other stuff. Now having issues refunding my money, and canceling my “ finance” order. They contacted me saying if I had time today, Told them no, cancel my order and just said “ wow thanks”

DO NOT GO HERE. Lifted my truck, put on 4 new tires. Didn't align front end. They only paid for alignment when I went back. I had to buy two new tires and didnt give them to me at there cost. Tell everyone you know. DONT SHOP HERE.
