Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Milan)

Holy cow, if you’ve been getting out of your car for oil changes, you’re living life wrong. Ictory Lane is not only fast but they I just got the most thorough oil change ever. They checked all my lights, filters, battery, tire pressure…. The guys were super friendly, they check codes and other stuff for free, and they have a veterans discount! Definitely my favorite oil service place in Michigan!

I didn't ask for any of my information to be shared with Carfax but I get an email several weeks later saying I can get complementary free reports for life. Obviously they've shared some information about the time I came in. How much? I don't know. I won't be back. About 30 min and $51 for basic oil change. Cheapest option was a synthetic blend. Convenient location. Easier than doing it myself but will probably return to a previous quick lube next oil change. They did a check of the lights and air pressure in the tires. Found a chipmunk had built a nest in the airbox and started chewing on the engine air filter. I declined the filter and things were put back the way they were found. Still a bit wary of having shared my phone number and email with them. Hopefully my information stays with victory lane and is not shared or sold. Was sent a text within 2 hours after leaving asking me to leave a review and to opt in or out of receiving deals via text message.

I brought in a brand new, never serviced before vehicle which caused a pause by the staff to make some calls to assure they had it right, since it was so new they had yet to reveive any updates in their system. The team did a great job making sure they performed the service as designed by the manufacturer instead of cutting corners or making guesses on how to proceed accurately. Well done, Milan crew!

Very good for the price. Cost is a little bit higher than some of the other places ($104 without my discounts for full synthetic), but the customer service is fantastic. They will show you if things need done on your vehicle, but are also understanding if you'd rather do it yourself. They showed me that my air filter needed replaced and I stopped at auto zone on the way home to do it. Great place. They've earned a repeat customer.
