Justin, Abbey, Walter, and the entire crew were absolutely fast and efficient with my vehicle. They checked all light, all filters, all fluids, and changed oil and filter in 20 mins! Great service and value! Will definitely be a return customer

Called on 4/7 ( Friday) to make sure they would be open on Saturday, 4/8. The gentleman that answered stated he would be there from 8-12. I showed up before they opened (7:47) along with 2 other customers that also arrived early. At 8:05 ( with no employee in sight), one gentleman leaves (customer #1 lost). A couple minutes later, I start my vehicle and begin to leave. A woman in the car next to me gets my attention and states she just called him and he is just around the corner. He shows up a couple minutes later, breakfast and coffee in hand, without anything resembling an apology for being late. He apparently knows the lady that is first in line, as they converse in the oil change area. This goes on for about 40 minutes, she vacuuming her vehicle as he changes her oil. I change seats, look directly in their direction, look out the window and finally take a seat in direct view of the oil change bay, I can see the lady, but the employee has now disappeared, (I assume to eat his breakfast.) A couple minutes after this I leave, without being checked on or acknowledged in any way (customer #2 lost) I will not give my money to someone that is so indifferent to their customers. Maybe this is an anomaly, maybe this person is normally attentive, maybe he normally prioritizes his day better that gets up, has breakfast before he gets to work at the crack of 8:10 . Maybe I'll never find out, as I will not be going back.

Always have a good experience here. He does a job at changing my oil and my windshield wipers. Very nice person.

My family and I have been doing business with Victory Lane for 20+ years and they have always been reliable and honest. I've had to wait before, but not long. That's only because they take there time to do a good job on every vehicle that comes through instead of just rushing through. Highly Recommend
