Victorville Hyundai Service

I have gotten my oil changed here multiple times and every time I go the price is different. When I bring it up they always blow me off and act like I don't know what I'm talking about. I have never paid $100 for an oil change here the last two times they tried to tell me it was going to be $100 the first time the guy helping me actually lowered the price bc he saw in the history on his computer that I wasn't ever paying that much but this last time the guy helping me didn't care to even look or tell me why the price changes all the time.

Our car broke down and we had it towed here after another place couldn’t help us. The team helped us get the car onto the lot even though we were late. The team helped diagnose and fix our issue ASAP. George was a straight shooter and upfront about exactly what we needed to do now vs later. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Our car broke down and we had it towed here after another place couldn’t help us. The team helped us get the car onto the lot even though we were late. The team helped diagnose and fix our issue ASAP. George was a straight shooter and upfront about exactly what we needed to do now vs later. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 this morning. I was 15 minutes late so I wasn't here until 7:45 it is now 854 and I just took my car back. I was not informed when I made the appointment that it could take an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours to get in the oil change. Nor was I informed when I brought it in at 7:45 that it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half wait. When I went to ask about it I was told just hang on hang tight or almost there. The time frame was not my only concern because I went to check on how much longer for the oil change I Stood there for probably what seemed to me to be at 10 or 15 minutes but I'm gonna guess maybe 5 maybe 10 without being acknowledged. Without saying how can I help you afterwards afterwards when I went up to the window and asked is when I was told hang tight we're almost there. This is very poor customer service.

10/27/23 I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30am I was running a little late got there about 10:40am Mr. Mari Franco checked me in about 10:50 am. My service included an oil change and tire rotation coming up to about $90. I sat in the waiting room until about 12:15pm called Mari and asked how much longer would the service be he said another 50 minutes. I had to go to work at 1:30pm and I live in Barstow . I asked him if the car was still sitting or is it currently being worked on Mari said it’s currently sitting. I asked him to bring my car and I’ll try at a different time. I called for the manager and was never able to connect Ramon. He never called back

If I could give no stars, I would. I spent over $1600 on service. They had my car for well over three weeks with little to no updates. When I received my car back, it had no gas. It was dropped off with half a tank. I understand it needs to be driven and tested, but it's a hybrid so it doesn't use much gas. Also, they couldn't even provide a complimentary car was after I spent that amount of money? Despicable. I'll never buy another Hyundai as a result of the service provided at this dealership.
