My son was renting a UHAUL from ViCo. Everything went well until the next day. Son called me saying ," Euclid Police (LM )that one of the $100.00 bills was FRAUDULANT??? How could that be? We went to bank withdrew money. Was counted in front of us?? Went to get UHAUL. SON PAID and all was good. So i called Police Dept., officer said the bill was thin and glued together ?? What, how is that possible? Officer said We needed to go to ViCo and reimburse them $100.00 or they will have to charge my son!! Im still shaking my head. Bank said they wouldnt reimburse me as their money is put through a machine. We font know what happened after you left bank. I said, "We went to ViCo directly. "No proof", was banks response. So i went to pay business $100.00 with two $50.00 bills. I asked them to please check the bills to see if THEY were ok. Office looked at them and said, "these seem real." Well, my son and I learned a $100.00 lesson! Pay by credit card. I only got cash out, so my son would have some extra cash on his travels.

I would like to update my review. Marshall is not a good business owner. He comes out the first time and explains thingss…BUT if you have a follow-up problem he will start YELLING at you, talk to you in a condescending way, blame you for the problem not offer ANY resolution to your problem and spend the next 20 minutes CURSING you out calling you all kinds of names. I am very SORRY I EVER gave Marshall a FIVE STAR review. I was duped into believing this was an upstanding business. $320 For an hour work and in return all I got was disrespect and a dishwasher still does not work it to resolution on how to get it to work.

This place is super professional! They have friendly staff and good communication. My car was repaired quickly and they helped me to understand the cars issues. I trust this place, and they didn't over-charge me.
