Horrible service. Not only do they take 2-3 weeks to fix your transmission when they say it takes 10 days, but you will end up with suspension problems, lose bolts, and missing engine splash guard.

Will not repair your car and you either go back to fix it aging plus will get bunch of parking tickets. Do your self a favor and save your self a headache and take your car elsewhere. This place needs to be out of business

Incompetent good for nothing fake mechanics. All they do is lie. Job was supposed to take less than a week and its been a month and its still not done. Every time I go check, Joseph the fake mechanic says, "tomorrow it'll be done" but the car just sits. Noone working on it. I have paid over 1200 up front and nothing. Today we went to pick it up undone after more than a month. While I was there, I could hear other customers having problems. One guy said, "its been here so long you forgot what needed to be fixed. I need my car back. I'm having it towed today". This place is a joke. All the reviews I just read are exactly what I'm experiencing. Horrible experience. Worst ever. I can't say anything good about this place.

Honestly this man Jerry is incredibly unprofessional. I had my transmission rebuilt here and was given a one year warranty. A few months later the transmission began to leak, so I took the car back to him. He said it would only take two days. After time and time of telling me he would call back, he never did. those two days turned into three weeks. I seriously recommend you go ANYWHERE but here.

This establishment is the most unprofessional and careless of all. I have never dealt with such a rude, irresponsible, and arrogant owner. He not only took more than a month and a half to change a transmission but kept making false promises. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed dirty greasy parts (probably from other vehicles) in the car. Grease stains all over the seats and interior of vehicle. When I addressed the concerns to owner he neglected to own up to his careless and irresponsible staff. Instead he began to insult and belittle me. Not satisfied at all! Shall look into reporting to Better Business Bureau!
