I had a blow out on a rear tire of my Mercedes and they were able to find a tire quickly and replace it with great service and a very good price. I would use them again for sure!

I needed my tire patched and was actually looking for a big name tire company that I thought was on Michigan avenue, however when driving down I saw them then chose to stop and inquire. They were super friendly, helpful, and I don't know if it was just the day but they had me in and out, tire patched and all, in about 15 minutes. They didn't price gouge me at all --so reasonable that I had to tip --and I am so glad that I chose to stop there instead of driving around to look for those other places.

Took my car here a long time ago to put on a new rim and tire. Even though they charged me for both, they only put on the new tire and not the rim.

Just a couple days ago my friend got a flat tire and had their car towed here to get two replacement tires. He said he wouldn’t be able to order the correct size for a generic model?? And was trying to convince my friend to buy the incorrect size tire for his car. He then called my friend at NINE PM saying that he actually couldn’t do the job because he would be out all weekend and they needed to come pick it up right then. My friend was out of a car obviously so he did tow it back. However, the dude messed around with the keys of the car and didn’t mention anything to my friend and had left it running forever so the battery was dead and there was no gas, so they had to walk and get gas from somewhere and get a jump to start the car. It was a whole mess and big waste of time and money that didn’t need to happen.

Went in there at 510 sat there while the owner counted customer money and accused him of being short for 20 mins a5 530 he ask me what I need i tell him I have a flat on my truck and I can't change it but I have a spare and I'd pay him to change tire for me so I can drive home...he tell me he can't there closing....30 mins early lmao what customer service
