My experience with the at home service was excellent. Your service rep Tyler.Krapf was excellent very professional on time and did a wonderful job. I have high praise for him. if there was any more stars, I would give it to him the work he did on my vehicle was excellent. I am very satisfied with the results and his professionalism.

Rachel helped me in the service department. She was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind and took fantastic care of us. She had my car ready exactly when she said. Initially, there was a problem, bc my appointment was not on the schedule. I had called the day before and had an appointment. Rachel talked to her manager and made sure they serviced my car! I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure going to the service Dept at Varsity because of Rachel. She is really a wonderful employee. I hope she will know how great she was to me! She really went over and above and I greatly appreciate what she did to take care of my service. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone about my experience. Thank you!
