Awesome place, with honest/friendly staff and great prices!! My engine light started flashing and beeping at me, and my car started shaking. Within just a few hours, my car was good as new and ready to be picked up! Jim let me know that if I couldn’t safely get my car there, they could tow it for me, and once I arrived, he provided me a ride home with a nice woman so that I wasn’t stranded there waiting on my vehicle to be done. Jim even called prior to me arriving to make sure I was okay, and didn’t break down somewhere (because it took longer for me to leave the house than anticipated.) So kind and caring! This wasn’t the first time we’ve utilized them, and we will continue to remain customers and recommend to friends and family!

ZERO STARS!! Took car in for overheating issue. Was told it was probably the thermostat and a simple fix. Promises me that i would have my car back in a day or two. Asked the owner to call me if the problem was going to cost more than $500.00. He said he would call me if the bill was more than that. He gave me a ride home and tried to sell me some cars and told me how great Vander Auto Parts are and how good they treat the customer. 7 days later, I stopped in to check on my car to see what the hold up was, but I didn't get any answers. 3 days later, I stopped back by, and they told me to come back that afternoon to pick it up. I come back to get my car, and the bill is $800.00 I asked the owner why he didn't call me, and he said the mechanic was supposed to call me. I told him that I asked him to call me, not the mechanic. He gave me excuses on why he didn't call. I started to ask questions, and he couldn't answer them. He called the mechanic over to try to answer my questions. They told me they replaced the thermostat and engine temp sensor. I reluctantly left before I lost my temper. My car overheated before I got home, only 3 miles away. I had to take my car to another shop to get it fixed. I was lied to twice, but the problem was not fixed and i was cheated out of $800.00. I will never do business with Vander Auto Parts again, I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle!!

This place is being renovated and overhauled because of new management. I have met the new owner, who is a fantastic guy to conduct business with. I forsee a very, very nice facility with great rates and quick service being developed and it is literally impressive to watch. Stop by and let them change your oil or do a visual inspection of your vehicle to ensure it's mechanical soundness. They will definitely treat you right!
