I got to this location at 8:30 AM. There were 4 cars in line including me. I watched 3 cars get serviced in Bay 1 while I sat at the door of Bay 2. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change. To top it off, the customer service is nonexistent. It took for me to act like a common angry black woman before anybody attempted to put some pep in their step. Then to top it off, I couldn’t get a new oil filter because my “screws were stripped.” Never saw anyone attempt to get the screws off. Also, they didn’t attempt to reset my oil light. I had to tell them AFTER I already paid. The excuse, they were short staffed, but miraculously got 3 cars out before allowing mine to enter the bay, weird. I grew up in Oak Park and have never in all the years I’ve been to this location had to wait that long or been treated in a less than satisfactory way. Needless to say I will not be back.

It's the staff that make an oil change a good experience, and as of April 2025, the staff at the Oak Park location were amazing! Staff was helpful in directing me to the next available bay when driving up, and printed off a list of recommended services so I could look it over for my next visit.

The black male and Travis was very rude in a nice way. Talking shit to coworker like I can’t see or hear but smiling in my face. So unprofessional and it’s sad because how bad the world is you’re think people could just be kind. I contact customer service and they trying speaking with them but they won’t answer the call.Travis who been there for 25 yrs needs to be replaced. I never yelled or said anything rude just asked him to take his head out my window because I was on the phone and he was almost inside my car trying to listen to me and customer service but won’t answer the phone call very rude for 25 yrs
