They lost my oil cap. I've been sitting here in 90 degree weather for them to tell me they have to go to a parts store to buy a new cap and replace mine. When I asked if that's all they can do since I paid $122 dollars for an oil change they said yeah, that's all they can do is apologize. If this takes much longer I'll update this review. But I think an hour in such hot weather is unacceptable. If they would have updated me I could have made other arrangements. Unprofessional on different levels. They should have protocols in place for where to put oil caps during an oil change so they don't get lost. They should also have protocols on how to update a customer when things go wrong. And they should have a protocol for how to compensate a customer for their inconvenience. It's different if it takes a few more minutes. But when it takes an hour plus, that's when it all starts to sour. **UPDATE** Around the 2 hour mark they told me to just drive the car and they would order the part and have it there in a few days. I asked to speak to the manager. They said they already spoke to the manager and he said it was okay for me to drive the car. They wanted me to start the car so they could position it to remove the lower skid plate to look for this piece. I told them I refused but I would give them the key if they want to move the car and any liability would be on them. They move the car back a few feet so they could find the piece they lost. I told them there's a universal plug that can buy at the auto parts store. They refused to go purchase a universal pee so I went myself in an Uber came back and installed the piece myself. At that point where a 3 hours into a 15-minute oil change. And the only thing they offer to do was replace the piece they lost

The guys working were attentive, helpful, no-pressure and extremely friendly. I wasn’t expecting it and was utterly impressed with their service and wish I could give more stars. Don’t let the youthful age of the techs fool you - they are always VERY well trained and perform beyond their years. The technicians gently recommend but never push services. They are polite, trustworthy and professional. They go above and beyond.
