Went to this valvoline and they changed my oil, and a little over a week later - my oil began to leak but the low oil light never went on. It was parked in the driveway, and by the next day, all the oil was on the ground. I took my car to the dealership to get it fixed, and they found the drain plug loose, oil all over undercover, and then had to get a new oil change. Valvoline told me they have a video of the tech working on it, but we would need a subpoena to get it. No one else messed under my brand new car! Avoid this place and its mechanics at all costs. We will be going to small claims court as the price to repair was over $500, but this should’ve never happened and Valvoline refuses to pay for this and won’t let us talk with the individuals who “made this decision”. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The crew were fantastic, Leslie the head technician take me step by step to the whole process. They checked everything for me in the vehicle. Leslie and the crew were very nice and fast, speed it what I was looking for and customer service was GREAT.

I visit this location every 3months for a oil change . The staff there are very pleasant and knowledgeable they help replace a bulb that was blown . They also help with other things to help car keep running smoothly. I am very satisfied with the service.
