Valvoline Instant Oil Change

To John the Service Tech. You literally have one job and one job only to do it right. Came in for what is supposed to be a 15 minute oil change took about 30. Oil filter wasn't properly seated the first time. So they knew it spilled everywhere. Second time it was over cranked in turn cracking the seal. They then proceeded to let me leave without any warning. An hour passes and I slowly start losing oil. Car sat in driveway til the following day. Huge oil spill. Called the manager to express my concern. He sent a manager from a different location to mine to diagnose the issue. Got it fixed at a different place. Free of charge. This manager here apologized for the inconvenience, sent me a Free Oil change, and refunded me. 5 ☆ to him. Changing oil shouldn't be a hard job since you're doing it all day.

I always come in because Ethan is phenomenal and always answers all my questions and or concerns ; i accidentally swiped across their sign when reversing totally my fault and he was still as exceptional as they come in assisting me he has the best customer service ive ever experienced he is awesome please come see him

I won’t go anywhere else I know that when I come to the Clinton, Keith location, Justin and his team will always take care of me. I go out of my way and I make sure that all of my family comes here. It’s nice to come to a place that’s 100% honest you can’t trade that.

Today I got an oil change done on a 2024 F 150 and my service technician didn't know the oil capacity. John, my upper Bay service technician, continue to patronize me with information that's unnecessary And uncalled for after I informed him of the urgency of time. When I asked for his name upon leaving the location, he cockly pointed his boss to me and said, you can go talk with him right now. The only reason this isn't a one star Review, is because the manager handled it very professionally and I do appreciate that. 7 26 24

I always go to this valvoline now. The crew is always fast and friendly with phenomenal service. I used to go to the Murrieta one in my town, but the service and wait time was horrible!!!!! Thank you team Wildomar. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The customer service at this location is outstanding! I had a concern and they sent a technician out to my house within the hour. Chance was professional, thorough and courteous. It was a positive experience and I will definitely be a retuning customer. Highly recommend!

John was very kind and patient with me! He informed me of everything I needed to know and helped me understand a lot about my car. Definitely a 10/10 oil change experience. Customer service is on point. Very quick and great experience! Didn’t pressure any additional add ons but still informed me of possible future improvements.
