They are definitely worth going to once you get your oil changed from them and you get free air in your tires. Get your car checked out get discount and it’s convenient unless somebody buys a battery and one of the employees have to go on the other side of town to get the battery and then you might be put in line to wait and they will tell you it’s like a 10 minute wait when it’s really like a half hour so you don’t leave go somewhere else but why go somewhere else their services and their attitudes are the best around

Super efficient starting light checks before getting into the bay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and they didn't push anything on me. They asked about my day and weekend. Great experience.

We were in a time crunch to get to an appointment and our truck was in need of an oil change. We knew it could take a second, especially when we became aware of extra issues that needed addressing. We shared with the manager, Kyle, that we were tight on time and he promptly started working on our truck before we even pulled into the bay. Additionally, when going over other information and helpful items to replace/update on our vehicle, Marcus was incredibly clear about explaining everything. He was articulate, not a pushy salesman, and had such a kindness about him that is rare in a business setting. Not only did the Valvoline crew at the Wisner location rally together to get us taken care of expediently, but everyone was over the top kind! We will be coming here for the foreseeable future and referring others to this location specifically for Kyle and Marcus’ customer service.

If you want outstanding Customer Service to the point that YOU JUST DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE, then stop here and experience the best of the best. Marcus, Austin, & Logan had us in & out within 30 mins. No line-no waiting. We got an Synthetic Oil Change and Transmission Flush. Marcus suggested a Cabin Air Filter Replacement & Wiper Replacements, we agreed... Also the VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE COUPONS ARE TERRIFIC. I got over $70.00 OFF TODAY...My car is 17 yrs old and is in MINT CONDITION. This Chevy Impala doesn't have 100,000 on it yet. Because I've brought it here regularly and they've been thorough with it, I expect to drive it for another 10 years. Thanks again guys.....Happy Halloween!!!

Quick, efficient, and kind workers were able to help me get an oil change without pressuring me to get all the bells and whistles I'm used to being schilled when I go for an oil change. They offered suggestions, but they weren't pushy about it.
