Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Life saving trip here to Valvoline as the car was showing reduced performance message and struggling to keep running as the oil was low. Ivan was awesome and truly an asset to the company! Super friendly and helpful clearly a master of his craft on auto and people skills! Shout out to Mike bottom bay for getting the oil plug replaced as the last shop that wasn't valvoline messed it up. Mike topside helped out and we got out of there quickly but most importantly finished the road trip with no issues over 800 miles!! Manger Alex got a great crew and it's a reflection of his leadership! Loyal customer here!

I just had my oil changed (I urgently needed it) and I am so glad that I found this place. The Manager Kevin who I spoke to before heading over and who took care of my car, was professional, friendly and he was very thorough with my car. He kept me informed the entire time and he even put air in my tires. I was VERY happy with the service I received at Valvoline in New Hyde Park. FYI, they are open on Sundays until 3:00 PM. Thank you Kevin.

Called prior and got detailed quote for multiple services (trans, diff, etc...)... arrived at location they said "We can't do that (diff & trans). The call center don't know what services the locations can perform". Didn't care. Will never use Valvoline again. Whatever reason you decided to use a centralized call center is NOT working. Suggest you modify your processes.

Places was pricey. But the staff was friendly and very informative. It's cool you can just sit in the car and watch it go down. They do offer coupons to help with the expense.

From the moment I pulled up, nothing but professionalism from the guy who did all the computer work to the guys that did my Oil Change! Efficient and Knowledgeable! And ps you don’t have to get out of the Car. Nice experience, recommend them !💯
