Do not go here, there are better shops that actually do the work and charge less. First they argued with me about what type of oil for my car. They asked if I wanted the blend, I said no, my car needs full-synthetic. That’s what the manufacturer recommends. That’s what Google says. They argued more and said they used a blend last time and tried to sell me a $29.99 flush to clean out the blend they used last time. I said no. Just use the full-synthetic. I asked if they could change the headlight too because it was burnt out. They said they’d check. I waited. Then they said to start my car, but it would not start. I panicked. What did they do. They said to go straight home after jumping the battery, saying I need a new battery now. My battery is not that old and worked fine up until that point. I asked again if they could change the headlight bulb, they said no, giving no reason as to why. They said they couldn’t check why my check engine light was on either. They did not reset the dash light message that says “change oil now.” They wanted me to pay and leave. I paid. They told me I should get a new battery. I went to Autozone (store) after that, had them test the battery, starter, alternator, and they are all good. On my way driving there, my tire light came on. My tire was not inflated properly. The invoice said Valvoline checked them and the tires were all good. I had to stop and inflate my tire myself (in the freezing cold and dark) after paying Valvoline to lie about it.

Do not take your vehicle to this place , oil filter was not installed properly according to a Mechanic, truck leaked oil all over my garage and driveway, Valvoline tried saying it was from valve cover gaskets leaking and pan leaking which never found my the mechanic I took it to , we I returned and explained everything to manager he pretty much is backing his people and wasn’t going to work with me (Do not take your car here)

I’m still here but couldn’t wait to rave about the excellent customer service of Dana! She was a ray of sunshine on this rainy day! I feel like some one her age should brighten up more of your garages! Thanks Dana and crew for a wonderful experience !

Incompetent and dishonest. I paid for transmission fluid service, but the next time I drove it was shifting hard and pouring (not leaking) transmission fluid under vehicle. I took it back the next morning and the shift manager directed me to a transmission shop, where I had to leave it overnight. They cleaned it up and discovered Valvoline didn't drain the old fluid, just added new, so my transmission was over-filled by 10quarts! Good news is it didn't damage anything, bad news is I didn't have my vehicle for 2 days and it cost me $263. I went back to the shop and the manager (Lemain) claimed it was impossible they made a mistake and that I must be at fault. Besides being ridiculous this was insulting. He finally offered to refund the cost of the "service". I filed a complaint, provided documentation and the corporate Cust Service approved my reimbursement. Problem is nothing ever happened. I checked back 3 times. They asked me to resend the receipt a couple times, but then went silent and I never was refunded nor reimbursed. Finally, after 5 weeks I disputed the charge with my credit card and THEN they got back to me. I did speak to the regional manager today, who said that since I disputed the charge that would close the matter. I still lost on the transmission shop charge and loss of my vehicle, etc. At best they are incompetent, but blaming the customer and then lying to me abut refunds just to shut me up tells you all you need to know about Valvoline. Mistakes happen, so just make it right. Instead they did everything wrong and made an enemy. Avoid them at all costs.

My first visit and they were friendly as well as efficient. Waited about 4 minutes before being guided into the bay. Took roughly 15 minutes or so. At the end they showed me the dipstick which I thought was nice. (Other places didn't) I also observed the tech double checking all the lids to make sure they covered everything back up which was a nice peace of mind. Not 5 star because of the price but every 5k miles, I figure its worth it.
