Valley Smog Customer Reviews

Poor Customer Service. I don't know if smog passes or not if test is left unattended, but it was left unattended many times as he went back into store to run cash register of mini mart. No explanation why vehicle didn't pass, just handed paper and charged the full amount along with a card fee twice for a separate transaction on a coke. If they are out to help you, it sure doesn't seem like it. Oh wait, maybe there help comes after the fact: Not until we were leaving was a discount mentioned on a return visit. Please remember they are only the messenger. I suggest else where, where the messenger is more informative and helpful.
