unfortunately I had a bad experience with their Bakersfield facility. Their organization refused to use our third party billing company and threatened to not release our vehicle unless i used my personal credit card.

All I can say about my experience at Valley power services that repaired our RV is it was the worst experience of my life. They couldn’t diagnose the problem they kept checking all the wrong things and it was just a simple throttle cable. Although that throttle cable was discontinued it just seemed they put it on the back shelf and I had to do the research to find a company that made a throttle cable....for it which I did. Valley Power sent me throttle cable in which I sent throttle cable to this company who happily made me three extra cables. Then California pushing Pull from Chico ca,sent it back to valley power to have it installed. That said it was installed tested and everything was good. So I had my daughter drive me six hours from my location to their location paid $1600 to find out that somebody left the key on throughout the week and killed my engine batteries. So now I had to pay for new batteries almost 500 bucks for two batteries!. Do you think Valley Power knowing that the customer is going to go pick up their vehicle would have it checked out and ready to go for the customer. They didn’t do anything to see that my coach is ready to go nor do they care. They have locations all over and every location might be a little different. But all I can say Valley Power services in Bakersfield ca, is a big zero.
