Called through AAA. AAA sent my request for a tow truck up in Sequoia National Park where there's no service. Told them I needed a tow truck and was at Hospital Rock. They said they'd be there at 11:30am. At 11:45, I called back to see how much longer. The guy says he was waiting for me to call them because he didn't know what was wrong with the car. I NEED a TOW TRUCK. It doesn't matter what's wrong with the car. I can't get down the mountain. The guy has to be the dumbest person ever. Like, if I'm calling for a tow truck, send the damn truck. There's no service, and if I had no quarters, I would have never been able to find a way to come down. Person NEVER showed up. This place sucks! If someone calls for a tow truck, SEND it! It doesn't matter what's wrong with the car it obviously isn't able to drive!!!

After accidentally locking my keys in my car (I know, I know…) in the midst of vacation craziness and busyness, I received quick and kind assistance from Valero Brothers. Awesome experience, and totally recommend!

Was told there was gonna be a tow truck within an hour. Called at 2:30 truck didn’t show up until 5:30. Was told on the phone multiple times that there was gonna be a tow truck at my location within 30 mins.

My car got flat tire in the middle of Sequoia National Park and William and his brother helped us to get us down safely. They were very responsive (answered the call right away and called back quickly with update), accommodating (I was in unique situation that they picked me up at a different location), understanding (I was freaking out but they helped me to calm down) and professional (as they arrived at the scene, loading and handling was very quick). Two thumps up.

Our campervan was not starting in Sequoia National Park, a driver was towing another car out and stopped to help us get going again, we would've been stranded for hours without their help.
