Parking illegally completely blocking the Bicycle Lane when they should have used the middle median to unload. Doing their Job without any safety concerns for others yet always asking the public to think of them when driving?

BEWARE: 4% fee for credit card transactions. Otherwise, you can pay with cash or debit, but if you don't have a debit card on you, then you're out of luck, because who is carrying 500+ in cash on them? Additionally, they don't offer you the ability to split between multiple forms of payments. More importantly though, their front desk representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. Since we arrived 30 minutes before closing, they took every opportunity to stall, with the slimy intention of not releasing our car today. This first manifested in them letting us wait at the receptionist window when we first arrived for 5 minutes while neither of them were taking calls. When one receptionist finally attended to us, we had to inform her multiple times that we wanted our car released. Perhaps this line of work has gravely numbed her mind, but I'd like to think that this is another slimy stalling technique they were trying to use so that they could impound our car for another day. Nevertheless, this towing company will employ every possible method to nickle and dime you. I therefore DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company!

Unique Towing was one of the two that responded to my call, last early Saturday morning. The lady on the phone, was courteous and gave me a reasonable quote. Driver came on time, courteous, and quickly hooked my car , and we got to the car shop in Milpitas with no damage to my car. Great Company!

Had a flat tire at 4am on 101, didn’t want to attempt fixing it myself so I called the first tow truck service that came up on google. Really happy with the service. They were there within 45 mins! The spare was also pretty flat, so the mechanic helped me use the air at the nearby gas station so I could safely get home. Really appreciate the fast and friendly service during this unfortunate car incident!

Be waiting all day for tow since 10 am. Got up till 2pm Just for them to tell me. That i have to pay them a extra $120 dollars foe them to load it on the truck plus the distance when my Insurance cover up to 75$. And the remaining balance to pay when the provider arrive is 35.45$. Why unique wanna charger me a extra $120 out side of what my insurance and them agreed on
