My daughter went to Under Car Care in Jersey City yesterday to get brakes and rotors, new tires put on her vehicle and an oil change they completed the work allegedly. When she picked up her car and got on the highway the car started to shake uncontrollably. Called the shop back and he stated that it was NOT necessary to balance the tires and that his machine was not working (but failed to mention that) and advised her to go to ANY other shop and ask them to balance the tires for her! They are a horrible business and if I was you I would NOT advise anyone to go there! He NEVER offered to refund my daughter any of her money because she paid for balancing in the price but never got it done! Thank you Tatum

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My family member went to get their car serviced here and was overcharged! They did not tell my family member that their machine was down and couldn’t balance her tires after changing her brakes, tires and an oil change. She left and got on the highway and the car started shaking uncontrollably when she went above 50! This is unacceptable and dangerous and a business that is more concerned with money than safety should NOT be in business! She called and he told her to go to any shop and ask them to balance her tires. Why this wasn't done during the service? I don’t know! She had to pay someone else to get the work done properly. He didn’t offer any money back for the lack of. Who knows if he really changed the brakes and changed the oil at this point! Someone could’ve been hurt! Communication is always KEY! DO BETTER!

My niece went to this repair shop yesterday to get work done on her vehicle and was not informed that the machine that balances the tires was not working. When she picked up her vehicle she was informed that everything was fine. When she got on the highway and reached 50mph her vehicle started shaking uncontrollably. She called the shop immediately and was told to go to any other shop and tell them to balance her wheels,a service she paid for but never received and he never offered her the money back for that service. She went to a different shop which cost her an extra $200 for a service she already paid for and never received. He not only put her life in danger, he took her money. He knew that his machine was not working and still took her money. GIVE HER BACK HER MONEY, That was dishonest and misleading and unsafe. Upset aunt !!!!!
