LAST FRIDAY we called to sell a car to you. You made an offer and we asked if you could give an even $500. We were told that you would call back to make arrangements if it would work and if not..cancel the transaction. We never heard back…until 8:10ish TODAY saying you’re aknots and will pay $500. We were COMPLETELY unprepared and had not taken everything out of the car yet. The driver laughs and says he DID NOT BRING THE BILL OF SALE either…so We’re planning to do this tomorrow. Less than 5 minutes later you text that you won’t be back “even if you get the car cleaned out”. Really??? Terrible customer service!!

My first time experience with Chris was above and beyond what I thought it would be like. He'd actually kept trying to contact over the weekend via text and calling but I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number, so when Sunday came I happened to look at my texts and seen he'd called . Long story short, he first said someone would be there to get the car first thing Monday morning, but, he called me back to say he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could just get it now. HELL yeah! I said. Lol. That's where he went above and beyond. This was my first experience like I said and Chris did an awesome job! He's very knowledgeable and even had some jokes as we spoke while giving me a hard time about not answering my phone. It was all fun and games though. Thank you for being my first contact with this company. Btw, they gave me more than what they even quoted over the phone

If I recommend a company to buy a junk car, It would be U Pull It. I had a dump truck that my husband and I were in desperate need to get rid of due to moving. It was in the same position in my backyard for 3 years, and was embedded in the dirt. I called and they came within the week, when Chris got to my house he was hesitant on taking a dump truck since he was unfamiliar with taking one like mine. Once he got the thumbs up to take it, he worked with us in the cold weather of November. Also, he stayed for 1 or 1.5 hours to work a heavy big dump truck on his flat bed from a very awkward tight position where our dump truck was located. This company is easy to work with, and has a great employee like Chris that goes above and beyond!

Once you take a piece from here they don't give you a guarantee of returning it without telling them that the piece didn't fit, they forget that they are used pieces, you just lost 100 dollars in this place, be very careful with what you buy once you take it if the piece doesn't fit you, you lose your money

They now charge two dollars to get in to see if they have a need. Not too many cars for Chevys or Dodgers. Had six employees at 3 o’clock in the afternoon for employees and customers.
