If I could give a 0 I would. This guy junior came highly recommended i inherited a Chrysler300c and was told he is the best at fixing them. It needed to have the heads replaced.He came looked at my car told me what he charged I gave him half of what he charged and was taking money weekly but he said to wait and pay when it's done but I finish paying before it was done. He wouldn't keep me up to date on what was going on with my care if I could get a text msg it was with attitude not professional at all it was an excuse everytime. HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS FIXED AND NOW TO POWERFUL FOR ME TO DRIVE. During the process of him fixing my car he informed me that the manifold was messed up and he had to take it to the mufflershop my car stayed in this shop almost 3 weeks waiting on him to either bring a manifold or pay $300 to fix it. He wanted them to patch it. He brought them a manifold from the salvage yard that was worse than mines. Long story short I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET THE MANIFOLD FIXED. I PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY ALL EXCITED IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE IT HAD WHITE SMOKE AND WATER COMING OUT EVEN THE MAN AT THE MUFFLER SHOP SAID IN HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION THAT THE WORK HADN'T BEEN DONE ON MY CAR. IT WOULDN'T GO UNLESS YOU FLOORED IT AND THEN IT BARELY MOVED. I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED BACK TO MY HOUSE. WHEN IT WAS DRIVABLE WHEN I TOOK IT TO HIM IT WAS JUST RUNNING HOT. HE PUT A WATER PUMP ON MY FRIEND CAR AND KEPT IT A LITTLE OVER A WEEK HE HAD TO MISS WORK AND TAKE HIS CAR TO A MUFFLER SHOP TO GET IT FIXED I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY CAR THEN BUT WE LIVE AND LEARN.......UPDATE ON MY SIUTATION SO I REACHED OUT TO THE OWNERS AND AT THIS POINT NO RESULTS I'M HAVING TO PUT MY CAR BACK IN THE SHOP TO GET FIXED WHAT I PAID JR TO FIX THEY DID ASK ME TO BRING IT BACK TO THEM AND GIVE THEM A FEW MONTHS TO GET IT RIGHT BUT WHY WOULD I PARTS MISSING I HAD TO ASK FOR MY MOTOR COVER. PARTS WAS NOT PUT BACK ON I HAVE PICTURES MY CAR WAS DRIVABLE WHEN I TOOK IT TO THIS SHOP BUT I HAD TO TOW IT HOME. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN SOON PPL PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE HAND I USUALLY DO BUT THIS SHOP CAME HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED BY MICHAEL MCNTYRE I HONESTLY BELIEVE IT WAS A

I came in to have my ignition coils and spark plugs replaced and I received great and speedy service at a great price. The job was done efficiently and on my drive back to Charlotte from Spartanburg I noticed a boost in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee response letting me know the job was done right. I will come back for future maintenance.

Solid mechanic shop that took care of us when we were in a major bind and needed to repair our car on Easter wknd. They didn’t take advantage of the situation and charged us a fair price to do good work. Brandy and Junior are a superb team and will take care of you!
