The business owner, Scott, is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and overall juvenile. I took my bike in to get the tires replaced at the beginning of October and was asked to pay up front because they could not afford to order the tires. I did and then proceeded to have to fight tooth and nail for nearly 2 months to get him to complete the task that should've taken a day or two at the most. He finally completed the simple task (not him directly but his helpful son) after I repeatedly reached out about it and was ignored. When I went to pick up my bike, (which I rode in to drop off) I found that the battery was dead from it sitting in the cold for so long. All the while Scott (owner) is out of town and unreachable at his "business number". I finally get ahold of Scott and ask him about how he plans on handling the issue of him killing my battery and he then proceeds to try to blame the dead battery on me and threatens to have my bike towed if I do not get it off his property. Meanwhile his son, Timothy has been nothing but helpful and trying to fix the mistakes his boss/father repeatedly made. Under the current ownership I would 10/10 NOT recommend, but at the same time if the owner ever does what's smart for business and relieves ownership to his son, I would return as a customer because of how helpful he has been in repairing his fathers blatant and ignorant mistakes.
