Twin Harbor Auto Repairs Customer Reviews

I did not get any service done here on my car but I was out on a motorcycle ride with a group of buddies and ended up getting a flat tire. I’m not sure of the mechanics name but whoever it was at the shop I’d love to give a shout out to. I assume it was Pat judging by the other comments. He helped me plug my tire and fill it back up so I could get back home and saved me a tow. He refused a tip and I believe a good deed shouldn’t be forgotten about so I wanted to leave a review to let people know that kindness & generosity will be found at this repair shop. Do not hesitate to take your car here.

I just moved out to Bayville two months ago and needed to get my car inspected. I was lucky enough to get Pat ‘s number and went there eight in the morning really nice guy. Seen a couple of minutes after eight!!! Everyone there was very accommodating. I was talking to two people that came in right after I did and they said we’ve been coming here for many many years. They told me I chose the right place to go. I agree with them completely. If I need any work done on my car I’m going to see Twin Harbor Auto Repairs and Pat. Thanks again Richard Koffler

Went in for an electrical issue that was a super easy fix and Pat said that he heard this noise coming from the rear driver side wheel. I know the noise and it is very annoying. He said he thinks it’s the wheel bearing but will check and replace it if that’s it which I gave him the go ahead to do. I get my car back. Noise is still happening. Schedule to come in again to see what’s going on, already annoyed because the wheel bearing was not cheap. It took the entire day for him to just look at the car. I checked and it stayed in the same spot for hours and when I called him he said he drove it around and couldn’t hear the noise. End of day and he finally looked at it in the garage and couldn’t find anything but said it might be the brakes since they are all worn down. I asked him if that is what I was making the sound in the first place and he said no not at all. I’m pretty irate at this point. Pick up the keys and leave. I go to another shop to do the brakes and an oil change. Pick it up, brakes are fine they tell me. So in conclusion, don’t take your car here. Pat takes you for your money and the convenience store owner hassles you for spending money on the mechanic and not his expired goods.

Pat the owner, is a standup guy. Honest repair and competitive prices. I wouldn’t take my car for maintenance anywhere else. Highly recommended!
