The good thing that that he got the new tire really fast. I ordered it by phone 5 pm and he called me having the new tire, next day 11 am. Brian provided very quick service on a Sunday, and I told him I normally go to the competition but they are closed on Sundays. Brian said that they are always open on Sundays. Tuffy Tire is my new tire business of choice! I was on my way in ten minutes, tops! I love it when I don’t have to wait very long for amazing service to customers. Thank you, Tuffy Tire!

Had an immediate issue regarding my brake system today, scheduled an appointment for 4 and was able to be seen more than 45 minutes earlier. The issue was not serious after all and was a simple reset of the traction control, no charge at all. Very hospitable and kind demeanor from the gentleman who greeted me, and would definitely come back again if another issue came about!
