I had the absolute best experience at Tuffy! As a woman, it was really refreshing to be greeted with such positivity and professionalism by every single one of the employees. They told me what was wrong with my car but also which issues to prioritize getting done first. They didn’t try to get me to do all of the services at once or even done at their shop. They were honest and their quotes were reasonable. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this shop!

This situation took some time to resolve, but with the dedication of Tuffy auto service. The conclusion came out positive and I am very happy at the moment. One thing I have to say as in the last 2 and a half weeks, your employee, Thomas engaged in a communication with me to assure me that my car would be serviced and well taken care of I think him personally along with all others who helped get my car back on the road

What an amazing turn around. I stopped in for an oil change and a few days later unfortunately my right front axle had to be replaced. The cost was remarkable with original OEM Part and beat the dealership cost hands down. My thanks and appreciation to Jose Hernandez and the team. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday morning and had it back Thursday morning. The dealership stated they would need to have my vehicle for a few days possibly a week. Thanks again for the professional atmosphere and the remarkable change to this location.

I called a few days prior to coming in to book an appointment, when I arrived, I was no where in the system. Fortunately, the general manager, I forgot her name, was so nice and was able to get me in. The down side was that I spent more time there than I wanted to. The job was done thoroughly and at a very reasonable price. This is why I have gone back for the second time now. Spark change is next and more than likely, I will go back, unless I find a cheaper price some place else.

$39.99 oil change ended up being a little over $60 with taxes, shop supplies, etc. Wish this was a little more transparent. Oil change also took a bit longer than anticipated, even with an appointment. But staff was friendly. Documented some issues with the vehicle - but weren't pushy about it when I mentioned the car was under warranty and they encouraged me to get it repaired under warranty.
